Frozen section diagnosis: Myxoid liposarcoma.

Pathology and comment: The diagnosis of recurrent tumor is easy. Primary diagnosis may be difficult. Myxoid stroma and lipoblasts can be seen in frozen sections, too. Distinguishing of well differentiated liposarcoma from a large lipoma is practically impossible on frozen section.
