Case #34

Clinical data: 56 year old patient with a coin lesion of the lung subpleural.
Frozen section diagnosis: Lymphoid infiltration with giant cell and plasmacells. No carcinoma. Wedge resection is accurate.
Pathology and comment: On HE and immunohistological slides a pseudolymphoma of the lung was diagnosed. This infrequent finding is characterized by lymphoid infiltrates with several plasma cells and some giant cell (central on the picture). DD: Lymphomas, plasmocytoma and granulomas.
