Clinical data: Radical prostatectomy. Intraoperatively a nodular thickness of the left ductus deferens was seen. Frozen section diagnosis: Carcinomatous infiltration of ductus deferens. Pathology and comment: The infiltration of ductus deferens far from the prostata is seldom. According to frozen section diagnosis a longer part of ductus def. was resected.
