Comment:
The negative e-cadherin reaction support the diagnosis of a LCIS. Because of necrosis and microcalcification we diagnose an extensive type and suggest the excision of the lesion. This type of LCIS may indicate a more aggressive or invasive tumor of the breast. B classification B5a. Compare Case 13.
