Comment: angiosarcomas are very rare tumors among sarcomas. There is no doubt that postirradiation angiosarcomas exist. In average 12 years after irradiation therapy angiosarcomas developed. Wide excision of the tumor may be difficult because tumor borders are not easy to determine.
